Studio W9 is a production studio rental in Makati City, located at Warehouse 9, La Fuerza Compound, 2241 Don Chino Roces Avenue, Bangkal, Makati City 1233. The dry-hire venue has approximately 420 sqm of usable matte-black shooting space within a 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint (approximately 434.7 sqm), approximately 5.5 m clear height at the lowest internal roof line, increasing toward the ridge, a concrete enclosure with roof insulation, a lounge / multi-use hall (one continuous ground-floor hall with no internal divider, configurable for meetings, client holding, crew breaks, production support, wardrobe overflow, and catering), a brand holding area beneath the mezzanine, a dressing room, three toilets - a small powder room and two adjacent elevated toilets - and a separate wash and sink area, and secure storage that may be configured as a compact edit suite. The venue is not represented as fully soundproof or acoustically certified, and critical sound work requires an onsite test. The existing mezzanine is not included by default and requires written approval. It is suitable for TVC and commercial shoots, photography, podcast and recorded content, rehearsals, launches, and private or corporate events. Clients and organizers supply crew, equipment, technical systems, and event suppliers unless an approved quotation expressly includes them. Open Monday–Saturday 8:00 AM–10:00 PM; Sundays by prior appointment. Access, ingress, egress, and extended hours are subject to the confirmed booking agreement.

Brand Holding Area & Edit Suite

A flexible support zone beneath the mezzanine for brand, agency, client, and talent teams. The glass-fronted holding area can support standby, wardrobe, makeup, refreshments, and client review. The adjacent room can remain secure production storage or be configured as a compact edit suite, subject to the agreed setup.
